As a Territory Sales Manager at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role maintaining efficient production processes for the manufacturing of our high-quality medical products
Key Responsibilities
- Manages sales activities for a range of products
- Responsible for executing the sales strategy to achieve the sales targets
- To manage the sales force (as per organization structure, if any) to meet the company’s sales goals
- To Train team members regularly
- Recruitment – Filling up of vacancies on utmost urgency with the right candidate and within assigned budget.
- Strategy execution by team members
- Procuring & forwarding tenders immediately to the superior & HO
- Develop strong Key Opinion Leader (KOL) base
- Tender Management
- Understanding the market, the customer and the competition , gather insights from the market place and share the same with higher ups for better decision making.
- To Establish & monitor strong distribution network in the territory
- Manage client relationship effectively
- Collecting customer feedback regularly & take necessary actions
- Maintains and expands customer base & identifies new customer opportunities
- To ensure market development and brand establishment
- To monitor Receivables as per divisional guidelines
- Achieving sales as per targets in terms of value & units assigned
- Achieving desired market shares in defined area
- Develop new accounts
- Timely submission of tenders & relevant information to Sales admin
- Daily reporting in company system
- Sales Forecast to be submitted every month
- Submission of sales reports on a monthly basis
- Monthly review of sales targets of self & team
- Creating a sales plan
- Making joint calls with TSE/TSMs
- Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations
- Create awareness of products, conduct training and seminars for clients and sales team
- Guiding and mentoring the team
- Appraise team members annually
- Resolve Queries of the team members timely
- Recognize and motivate the team for better performance
What will you bring to the team?
- Bachelor of Science, pharmacy, biotechnology or Biomedical engineering.
- Graduation is a MUST. Post graduation in Management is preferred
- Experience: 6 -10 years of total sales experience of which 3 years of managerial experience (Health care and Pharmacy/medical industry desirable)
