Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule production activities in line with weekly plans, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Enforce strict adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and ISO/IMS guidelines with zero deviation.
- Maintain shop floor safety protocols and drive continual improvement in 5S workplace organization.
- Lead and motivate the production team, fostering high morale and encouraging peak performance.
- Track operator performance, submit daily/weekly reports, and ensure KPI achievement across delivery, quality, inventory, and yield.
- Resolve shop floor issues, address customer complaints, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
