Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for quality control activities in the laboratory with respect to testing of component, raw material, Packaging material, Products and Finished products
  • Maintenance of good housekeeping, Safety and correct use of Equipments in the departments.
  • Maintenance of Control sample stock and records.
  • In-process testing of product and maintaining necessary data in SAP & records.
  • Providing necessary chemicals and Solution required to production on-time.
  • Compiling BMR records and timely submission to QA.
  • Responsible to support and implementing ISO 13485 standards.
  • Responsible to support and implementing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems, processes and procedures that improves the Occupational Health and Safety of the employees and other interested parties in according to ISO 45001 & 14001
  • Responsible to support implementation of Environment management systems, processes and procedures in accordance with ISO 14001

KRAs & Specific Roles:

  • To ensure testing & release / reject of incoming materials, chemicals, and packaging material as per Quality standard specification.
  • To ensure testing and release / reject products from In-process stage to FG as per procedure.
  • Preparation and Maintenance of Quality records in SAP and proper documentation.
  • To support & co-ordinate with all function for testing & analysis.
  • Well versed in testing / analysis knowledge of material & products.
  • Good communication & inter-personnel skills to interact with various functions in order to co-ordinate the activities.
  • Skills on learning & applying, customer orientation and be able to work in teams.

Educational Qualification and Experience

Education        : Bachelors / Masters in Science – Chemistry / Biochemistry/ B. Pharm / B.E /B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering/Chemical Engineering.

Experience       : 0 – 3 years of experience
