Key Responsibilities
- Ensure uninterrupted power, utilities, and sterilization support for plant operations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment, including packaging, printing, and sealing machines, as well as facility infrastructure.
- Monitor equipment performance, maintenance records, and spare inventory to maximize uptime and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and facility maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
What You Will Bring to the Team
- Diploma / B.E. with 2 to 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, including packaging, printing, and sealing machines.
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with expertise in electrical systems, utilities, and production equipment maintenance.
- Good communication, teamwork, and safety awareness, with a commitment to operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
