Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure all the equipment’s in the entire plant maintained as per schedule property
  • To ensure power supply to the entire plant without any interruptions
  • To monitor and reduce the diesel consumption
  • To monitor and record the daily checks of the electrical panel, DG routine checks, fire hydrant system checks, air condition plants and accessories checks
  • To record and update the preventive maintenance schedule as per the requirements
  • To ensure entire building accessories such as doors, windows, water pipes maintained properly
  • To ensure as per the ISO requirements maintained in the departmental activity
  • To ensure the outside contract jobs are complete as per purchase order quantity and quality
  • To ensure necessary safety and precautionary measure is taken during the maintenance
  • To ensure smooth relations with customer department personnel’s
  • To operate & maintain the sterilization process at the requirement time without interruption for production
  • To report to supervisor in time if any deviation are malfunctions found in entire plant
  • To record and maintain a separate log during the shift
  • To ensure total building pest control is carried out timely and effectively
  • To record and maintain the spare inventory
  • Responsible to support implementing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems, processes and procedures that improves the Occupational Health and Safety of the employees and other interested parties in according to ISO 45001    
  • Responsible to support implementation of Environment management systems, processes, and procedures in accordance with ISO 14001

  • To ensure uninterrupted power to entire plant
  • To ensure uninterrupted utility supplies to entire plant
  • To maintain the maintenance schedule as per the schedule
