Area of responsibility: Production

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that production is on schedule and that all control and procedures governing product quality standards are met.
• Ensure company policies are strictly adhered to by all subordinates.
• Meet all production performance (KPI’s) like delivery schedules, quality, inventory control and yields.
• To effectively monitor cell & operator efficiency and improve same through proper control to ensure same is maintained at 98% on weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure and enforce company safety standard requirements both on their subordinates and equipment.
• Must have knowledge in ISO 13485 / FDA and to support in implementing the Quality management system.
• Responsible to support implementing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems, processes and procedures that improves the Occupational Health and Safety of the employees and other interested parties in according to ISO 45001
• Responsible to support implementation of Environment management systems, processes, and procedures in accordance with ISO 14001
• Ensure that proper production documents are created, recorded, and maintained as per GMP/GDP requirements.
• Make optimal utilization of resources within the given environment and work.

Travel

• 50+% travel, within country
• Occasional travel outside country – Trainings & Meetings (as per need)

• To ensure effective communication & intern-personnel skills to interact with various functions in order to co-ordinate the activities.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech / Bachelor of Mechanical or Bio Medical Engineering

Experience

• 8 – 15 years of experience in medical device Industry
• To Handle the Team of Supervisors, Manpower and effective Production Planning
• Must have Knowledge in ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Must have good working knowledge in MSOffice.
