Your key responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Reporting: Oversee Plant performance, develop Annual Operating Plans/Forecasts, and manage Month-end Closing and management reporting.

Cost & Production Controlling: Drive cost efficiency through product costing, standard costing, price-volume mix analysis, and monitoring product cost development against targets.

Performance Analysis & Insight: Explain financial performance variance vs. Budget/Forecast, conduct P&L Reviews, and provide financial insights to support operational and business decisions.

Asset & Investment Management: Manage Fixed Assets (capitalization/verification) and Investment/Capex (appraisals, feasibility analysis, ROI tracking).

SAP & Cross-Functional Support: Handle key controlling activities in SAP FICO (cost run, master data), provide Supply Chain controlling support, and assist with audits and regulatory submissions.
What you will bring to the team:
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical skills especially in Cost Accounting & Finance.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Prior exposure to Plant Controlling profile is preferred.
- Experience in SAP FICO module is a must.
- Education: ICWA/MBA finance/Equivalent.
- Experience: 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
