Job Responsibility 工作职责：

  1. Take part in Chemical Lab routine management，make sure to meet and maintain performance per GMP/divisional requirement. 
    参与化学实验室日常管理，保证符合并一贯保持GMP及总部的要求.
  2. Perform Physical/Chemical tests for raw materail, in- process and final product, complete stability test, participate in quality study for registration, etc. 
    执行原辅料、中间品、成品检验和稳定性测试，参与支持注册的质量研究等
  3. Optimize test method in lab, resiponsible for test method verification/validation/transfer.
    优化实验室测试方法，负责方法确认/验证/转移。
  4. Daily lab maintenance, and equipment qualification/validation/calibration 
    日常实验室维护，设备确认/验证/校验
  5. Draft lab documents like SOPs, and Spec./testing procedures. 
    起草实验室文件系统管理，包括SOP，质量标准/检验程序
  6. Chemical analysis operation skill training for the new employees in chemical lab, and leader of new technical adoption 对员工提供化学分析技巧的培训，领导新技术的实施
  7. Relevant CTD dossier preparation for new product and support BBM/other plant for Ch.P knowledge.
    新产品注册相关的CTD资料准备并向德国总部/其它工厂提供中国药典知识的支持

Reqirements 任职要求：

  1. College graduate or above in pharmacy or related major. Well listen, speaking , written and reading English. Good computer skill in Word, Excel, Access
    药学或相关专业大专及以上学历，良好的英语听说读写能力, 熟练使用计算机办公软件
  2. College graduated with more than 5 years experience, Bachelor degree with more than 3 years for GMP plant pharma QC lab checmial analysis experience. 
    大专5年，本科3年以上GMP工厂药品质量控制实验室化学分析工作经验
  3. Good communication and oral delivery in logic and knowledgeable way
    良好的口头逻辑沟通能力
