Your Opportunity

 

As a Logistics Data Administrator, reporting to Logistics Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate shipment system processing—from inbound delivery creations and updating systems customs documentation through shipment completion and tracking temperature‑controlled goods management in the system for ease of receipt purposes for the warehouse floor team when receiving. Your work will help maintain uninterrupted supply to customers and uphold our strong reputation for service excellence.

 

You will collaborate closely with Customer Service, Materials Management, Finance, and external partners including customs agents, international logistics providers and 3PL warehouses. This role suits someone with five years of Logistical Data Administration experience, including and understanding of Export system shipment requirements, thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to deepen their expertise in logistics administration, SAP, global supply workflows and compliance

 

 

Your Responsibilities

 

In this role you will:

 

  • Create, monitor and update in the system inbound shipments (local and international) across multiple plants.
  • Process system manual inbound deliveries and link electronic/EDI deliveries to shipments.
  • Liaise with customs agents, freight forwarders, couriers and overseas suppliers on shipment queries and documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy of system shipment information entry and maintain up-to-date ETA tracking.
  • Manage shipping documentation and send relevant files daily for customs clearance.
  • Action system claims related to damaged, short, or oversupplied shipments.
  • Transact system stock adjustments, plant transfers, sample movements and temperature-control monitoring accurately in the system
  • Support daily inbox management for AU and backup for NZ Shipping Administration section
  • Cover duties for other system logistics team members during leave periods.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across logistics and administration practices.

 

About You

 

To be successful in this role, your background will include:

 

  • At least 5 years of Logistical Data Administration experience
  • Experience handling shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, Airway Bills).
  • 3PL or warehouse/logistics systems experience.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills.
  • Understanding of Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI).
  • Strong accuracy, data processing skills, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Additional requirement :
