Mission (Purpose of the Role)
Manage all attraction and selection processes for the companies in Colombia & Ecuador, ensuring the achievement of the goal of finding candidates aligned with the organizational culture and business expectations, in accordance with Company policies.
Provide support in the documentation administration and tracking of the training process for Colombia & Ecuador, in order to comply with corporate policies and the regulatory requirements of the Integrated Management System.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead projects, initiatives, and the execution of activities related to recruitment, assessment, and selection for all open positions within the B. Braun Group entities, according to the policies established for this purpose, through the Recruiting & Onboarding module in SuccessFactors.
- Maintain ongoing feedback with the Business Partners to support business requirements, and with the HR Operations team to improve service levels.
- Lead, monitor, and keep updated the management indicators that will enable the development of improvements in talent processes.
- Consolidate the Annual Training Plan together with process leaders and/or functional areas responsible for defining training needs for the B. Braun Colombia & Ecuador entities.
- Collect and keep custody of the documentary records — attendance logs — related to the training process for the B. Braun Colombia & Ecuador entities.
- Perform monthly follow‑up on the fulfillment of the Annual Training Plan for the B. Braun Colombia & Ecuador entities to ensure its compliance.
- Generate, communicate, and keep updated the management indicators for the training process of the B. Braun Colombia & Ecuador entities, in order to raise timely alerts regarding potential non‑compliance with annual training plans.
- Attend internal and external audits related to demonstrating compliance with regulatory requirements associated with training for the B. Braun Colombia & Ecuador entities, and jointly generate preventive, corrective, and improvement actions with process leaders and/or areas as required.
- Know and comply with the procedures and regulations governing the activities of the area.
- Carry out all functions and activities assigned directly by the immediate supervisor for proper performance of the role.
Occupational Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Ensure the comprehensive care of their own health.
- Provide clear, truthful, and complete information about their health condition.
- Comply with the rules, regulations, and instructions of the company’s Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
- Participate in the identification and updating of hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk evaluation.
- Inform the employer or contractor promptly about potential hazards and risks present in the workplace.
- Participate in Occupational Health & Safety training activities as defined in the SG‑SST training plan.
- Participate in and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System (SG‑SST).
- Use corporate and personal mobile phones in accordance with the organization’s occupational health and safety guidelines.
Environmental Responsibilities
- Know the environmental aspects and impacts associated with the processes and activities carried out in the area.
- Promote compliance with the environmental policies defined by the organization.
- Implement procedures, controls, and any actions aimed at reducing and managing environmental impacts associated with the activities of the role.
- Report client requests related to environmental information to the Integrated Management System Coordination (SIG) in a timely manner.
- Communicate information regarding environmental policies and responsibilities related to the handling of offered products.
Physical Security Responsibilities
- Comply with the guidelines, policies, goals, and programs established in the physical security control system.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information used in the assigned role.
- Comply with the Electronic Information User Policies.
- Know and understand the policy, objectives, and goals, and actively participate in the programs and activities developed by the Physical Security Management Control System.
- Be responsible for the control and security of the processes under their charge and be aware of the implications their actions may have on the effectiveness of the Management System.
- Report any suspicious activity, indications of internal conspiracy, or illegal drug use within the organization when known.
- Inform their immediate superior or the Security Manager regarding suspicious individuals, activities, or objects identified.
