Purpose of the Position

  • Provide cross-functional operational support across different people services areas such as: Payroll, Validated Learning  and HR Data Management, ensuring service continuity, reporting accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Act as a key operational resource for reporting, documentation management, ticket administration, audit support, and data maintenance activities.
  • Cooperate with automation, digitalization, and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and employee experience across People Services operations.

Responsibilities

  1. Support the People Services operation through the assignment, routing, monitoring, and follow-up of requests, tickets, and operational activities across Payroll, Validated Learning, and HR Data Management
  1. Provide administrative and operational support to different functional teams based on workload, business priorities, and service delivery requirements.
  1. Assist with non-specialized transactional activities, including data entry, record updates, and process documentation updates.
  1. Support with the preparation and consolidation of operational payroll reports.
  1. Perform data quality audits/reviews and identify discrepancies for appropriate escalation and resolution
  1. Support with operational documentation maintenance, standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, work instructions, and process records.
  1. Collaborate with process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives that increase efficiency, standardization, and service quality across People Services.
  1. Cooperate in dashboard data maintenance when required for KPIs monitoring.
  1. Handles general inquiries, supported by answers to predefined questions
