  • Focuses lies on administrational / transactional tasks in Learning HR functional area 

Job Description 

All Key Tasks and Responsibilities are delivered on the SSC scope level 

 

  • Operational excellence - Promotes efficient and effective delivery of specific training administration process by solving complex inquiries that require specific HR knowledge and/or higher degree of policy interpretation 

  • Handles general inquiries, telephone calls and e-mail queries into the HR SSC - Act as first filter, supported by answers to predefined questions 

  • Takes ownership of the resolution of callers’ issues, giving guidance & solving problems as the first point of contact whenever possible, refers issues to the HR different teams involved when unable to resolve them personally and/ or provides administrative support 

  • Provides timely, accurate and value-adding answers to complex learning-related local queries from employees and business managers 

  • Ensures contact with relevant Experts to develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the designated processes/policies/trainings for the countries covered 

  • Delivers country-specific training to the learning team 

  • Shares information with relevant colleagues (e.g. Workforce Administration, Teamlead) 

  • Interprets policy and solves problems 

  • Responsible for handling the LMS processes including but not limited to: maintaining programs, courses and items data and files according to country needs, and preparation/creation of documents and templates 

  • Manages data related processes and reviews requests and documentation regarding but not limited to: modifications, update requests, focused groups, and specific individual cases 

  • Ensures that all queries are logged using the enquiry management tool 

  • Provides process expertise and identifies improvement potential in order to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction  

  • Performs ad hoc reporting as needed 

  • Supports training of new specialists 

  • Projects / Initiatives / Programs - Supports HR projects within the SSC, for example, identifying past trends in the SSC in order to recommend improvements / supports in continuous improvement  

  • Communicates policies, directives and processes 

  • Acts according to global process standards 

  • Proactively involved in cross-departmental teams and projects 

Education 

Bachelor's degree required 

Experience & further Qualifications 

  • Fluent English (B2 level) and Organizational Language Required. 

Professional 

Basic Requirements: 

  • HR experience required, preferably in Learning  and Development area of expertise (SSC or platform experience desirable) 

  • Knowledge of Learning Administration Processes 

Beneficial: 

  • Work experience in HR Shared Service environments 

  • Knowledge and past experience of working with SAP SuccessFactors (validated) Learning Management System 

  • Experience in the Pharma Industry
