Purpose of the Position

Apoyo operacional y administrativo en tareas específicas del área de Finanzas Back Office de B Braun Business Services SAS

 

Responsibilities

(Please describe the main responsibilities of the position: what you do, through what means, and why you do it.)

  1. Apoyar el proceso de compras de la compañía relacionado con viajes corporativos y otras compras solicitadas por el área administrativa. T&E:

Cotización de tiquetes aéreos, reservas de hoteles y seguros de viaje.

Tramitar anticipos de viajes.

Informar a colaboradores sobre es estado de la solicitud.

Mantener la documentación de los viajes organizada y actualizada.

Antes de cada viaje socializar la política de viajes con cada colaborador.

Otras compras:

Tramitar solicitudes de compra realizando orden de compra manual y gestionando firmas.

Informar estatus de la solicitud al área responsable y hacer seguimiento.
