As a business development manager at B. Braun you will play a vital role in tasked with identifying new market opportunities beyond the current scope managed by PT BBraun Medical Indonesia's team. This role encompasses the analysis of potential business opportunities, the development of both short-term and long-term strategies, and the creation of digitalization programs in collaboration with the Digital Solution Specialist. Additionally, the position requires effective communication and coordination with Regional and Local teams, the identification of potential hospitals for digital technology implementation, and the leadership of ongoing digital solution projects from kickoff to handover.
Your key responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate business potential beyond the existing market.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of market insights, target customers, competition, and product-market fit.
- Validate new business development analyses.
- Develop strategic business development plans.
- Implement effective communication and collaboration strategies with regional peers, business units, and internal teams.
- Identify potential hospitals for digital technology implementation, deliver presentations, and assess readiness.
- Coordinate with the Digital Solution Specialist and regional teams to ensure seamless communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Lead digital solution projects from kickoff through implementation, training, and handover.
What you will bring to the team:
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry
- High self-motivation to achieve targets and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
