As a Business Development Executive – Neurosurgery & Power Systems, you will be responsible for growing and developing sales within your assigned territory, driving business opportunities, and supporting healthcare professionals with innovative solutions that enhance clinical outcomes. You will work closely with hospitals, surgeons, procurement teams, and key stakeholders to achieve sales targets while strengthening B. Braun's market presence.

Your key responsibilities
  • Achieve annual sales targets and growth objectives for the Neurosurgery & Power Systems portfolio within the assigned territory. 
  • Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities through effective territory planning and customer engagement. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with neurosurgeons, operating theatre teams, procurement personnel, and hospital decision-makers. 
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, proposals, and business opportunities to support revenue growth.
  • Provide product demonstrations, clinical support, and training to healthcare professionals and end users.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunity pipelines within CRM systems.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to identify opportunities and support business planning. 
  • Support nationwide projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Business Unit Manager. 
What you will bring to the team
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. 
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the medical devices, healthcare, or surgical products industry. 
  • Experience supporting operating theatre environments, surgical devices, neurosurgery, power tools, or capital equipment would be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to develop business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
