Job Purpose

The position holder will demonstrate accountability for assisting Business Development Manager to implement the annual business plan of a group of product portfolio, focusing on OSS/Neuro, in the assigned market to meet the business objectives.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Sales and business development

1.1) Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets cardiovascular products. Based on the historical sales, tender, and analysis of actual situation of market to raise sales forecast to the direct manager in order to have sufficient stock for sales.
1.2) Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and local dealers to promote the organization's products and services.
1.3) Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and usage of products.

2. Dealer management:

2.1) Implement the annual business plan and orientate dealers following the business growth & market situation and the orientation of the company.
2.2) Review market demand sales forecast from dealers and make final decision about sales quantitive based on B.Braun supply ability.
2.3) Manage stock from dealers to ensure the supply ability to hospitals.
2.4) Build-up the relation ship with dealers across the assigned region and propose new potential dealers to direct manager for network expansion.

3. Marketing plan and execution:

3.1) Review the product portfolio, analysis market data, identify influence factors and suggest strategies for each in local market.
3.2) Implement market research projects or dealer evaluation, including proposal generation, draft questionnaires, vendor oversight and budget proposal.
3.3) Liaise with advertising companies to prepare detail aids, leaflets, posters and other materials (print and electronic). 
3.4) Take charge of implementing marketing activities for the product range, including: events, workshop, CME,etc.
3.5) Prepare reports, presentation and product brief materials for dealers, customers, KOLs presentation.

4. Operation management

4.1) Act as a contact point between dealers and internal SCM to manage Purchasing Order status such as tracking purchasing orders, delivering follow up, stock handling
4.2) Support to resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
4.3) Prepare all necessary documents for tender (if any) and sales administration support.
4.4.) Configure and customize to meet the specific needs of hospitals.
4.5) Work closely with RA team for product regulations, product information usage to assist for tender procedure.
4.6) Work closely with Finance team for payment and solve debt issues.

5. Report and other tasks

5.1) In charge of implement CLM, market intelligence, competitor activities, tender results.
5.2) Ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct manager.

Qualification Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical, Biomedical, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferable
  •  At least 3 years experience in sales and a basic knowledge or foundation in marketing - Experience in working with dealers.
  •  Strong commercial and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
  • High motivation and results-oriented mindset.
  • Good English skills, both written and verbal.
