We are looking for a Medior/Senior Product Owner for a hybrid organizational and methodological environment undergoing transformation, with extensive agile experience
Responsibilities and Job Tasks
- Examining the feasibility of medical devices and their functionalities, coordinating their planning
- Maintaining contact with product managers, project leaders, and designated functional groups
- Supporting, preparing, and reviewing plans and requirements, as well as compiling design and development dossiers
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap
- Creating and maintaining a product backlog prioritized based on business/user value and actively communicating it to the team(s)
- Preparing product-related documentation and delivering presentations
- Acquiring and maintaining business knowledge related to functions/product parts within your area of responsibility
- Keeping track of the development project status within your area of responsibility
- Ensuring transparent collaboration among stakeholders in the value chain
- Supporting teams in an agile operational environment
- Monitoring market trends and innovations
Professional Competencies
- University degree (IT/engineering/healthcare)
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a development environment with Scrum methodology (experience in transformation is an advantage)
- Proficient English language skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous involvement in active medical device development is an advantage
- Knowledge of the medical/medical device field or industry is an advantage
- Familiarity with specific standards in the medical field is an advantage
- Certified Scrum Product Owner / Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner / Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner certification is an advantage
