Are you a Senior Executive – Opex professional passionate about driving operational excellence and ensuring smooth plant operations? Join our Operations and Plant Management team at Ahlcon Parenterals, a B. Braun company, where your expertise in Opex management, budgeting, coordination, and cost control will play a vital role in achieving operational efficiency and supporting manufacturing processes.
Your key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Opex-related activities for the plant, ensuring optimal utilization of operational budgets
- Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and Finance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day plant operations.
- Monitor Opex budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure timely availability of required materials and services through effective coordination with internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain expense reports, MIS, and variance analysis for management review.
- Support audit, compliance, and documentation activities related to operational expenditure.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency and resource utilization.
What you will bring to the team:
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Proven ability to coordinate across departments for effective operational support.
- Strong understanding of Opex planning, budgeting, and plant management.
- 8-10 years with MBA and Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and relevant experience in Opex or Plant Operations.
