Job Responsibility:

  • Environment monitoring (Settle Plate, Volumetric Air Sampling, and Surface Monitoring & Personnel Monitoring) of classified areas.
  • To prepare the trend of Environment monitoring (Settle Plate, Volumetric Air Sampling, Surface Monitoring & Personnel Monitoring) of classified areas.
  • To qualify the personnel’s entering clean rooms for aseptic activity and to perform their routine Monitoring.
  • To sample Compressed air from clean rooms of manufacturing areas.
  • Participate in media fill activity.
  • To observe the quality of clean room behavior and to report the observation to meet the compliance of clean room behavior.
  • Sampling from Raw, Soft, RO, PW, WFI and Pure steam generation and distribution system as per

Schedule.

  • To ensure cleaning and disinfection of the clean rooms of manufacturing areas and microbiology area.
  • Participate in Validation activity.
  • Receiving of sample for sterility, BET, Bioburden, Water & MLT in microbiology laboratory, entry of the microbiological analysis sample in sample log register along with M.R. No.
  • Vertical autoclave operation.
  • To perform Biological Indicator Testing.
  • Double door autoclave operation.
  • Operation, Cleaning and Maintenance of H.P.H.V Steam Sterilizer.
  • Media preparation, GPT & Discard of media.
  • Temperature & humidity monitoring in the area.
  • Any other work, responsibility allotted by section head /Head –QC apart from the above mention responsibilities.
  • Must have understanding on Aseptic Behavior.
  • Best Microbiological Environment monitoring practice in aseptic area.
  • Handling and sound knowledge on biological Indicators.

 

Qualification:  M.Sc Microbiology/Biotechnolgy.

Experience: 1-2 Years
