 Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Utilization of all relevant Project Management tools as mandated by the Group and communicating the status /plan with global project team at various stages.
  • Ensuring that new projects do not deviate from the existing/ongoing plant certifications related to ISO, cGMP etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable EHS, statutory, regulatory and company guidelines during various stages of the projects.
  • Supporting the HoD in developing and updating any SOPs related to Engineering Project activities.
  • Performing relevant investigations for any deviations related to any aspect of Projects.
  • Monitoring and reporting KPIs to the HoD and management as requested from time to time.
  • Any other activity or project assigned by the HoD or Plant Head.
  • Verification of measurement and bills as per actual.
  • Ensure the infrastructure projects are planned as per strategic plan, risk and impact assessment are well aligned with the business plan.
  • Monitoring of micro-plan during execution, in coordination with all stake holders, communicating the status /plan with all concerned from time to time.
  • Ensure that all the procurement activities are as per project cost plan and standards expected.
    • Facilities and infrastructure to be created in the line with URS complying the statutory, safety and regulatory requirement.
    • System in place for project monitoring for the execution, delivery as per timeline and within budgeted cost.
    • Planning of facilities CAPEX of the sites for the alignment with the business needs, statutory, safety and regulatory requirement and implantation of projects.
