Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling breakdown/preventive maintenance of all process & Utility equipment installed in facility of INA-1 and INA-4. In addition to that Key responsibilities are mentioned below:- 
•    Responsible for ensuring zero breakdown in INA-1 and INA-4 during shift.
•    Responsible for attending breakdown related to electronics/instrumentation in INA- 1 and INA- 4.
•    Responsible for health checkup of instruments installed in INA-1 and INA- 4.
•    Responsible for ensuring proper calibration of instruments installed in facility of INA-1 and INA-4.
•    Responsible for maintaining spares of equipment installed in facility of INA-1 and INA-4.
•    Check & verify the functioning of BMS instruments, software/hardware of INA-1 and INA-4 on daily basis.
•    Responsible for maintaining sufficient minimum electronics spare parts inventory of water system i.e. Water Pretreatment system, Purified water system, RO, EDI, MCDP,WFI generation & distribution system to minimize the breakdown.
•    Responsible for maintaining sufficient minimum electronics spare parts inventory of all Bottle Pack machines, Mixing & Holding tanks of INA-1 & INA-4.
•    Responsible for maintaining sufficient minimum electronics spare parts inventory of all Packing Lines of INA-1 & INA-4.
•    Responsible for maintaining sufficient minimum electronics spare parts inventory of all Autoclaves of INA-1 & INA-4.
•    Maintaining sufficient minimum electronics spare parts inventory of Utility i.e. AHU, BMS, Air Compressor, Boiler & chillers of INA-1 & INA-4

•    Ensuring the working of interlocking system of all pass boxes in INA-1 & INA-4.
•    Regular monitoring of all individual BP machines print data & discussion with senior on daily basis.
•    Implementation of MTTR & MTBF for electronics & instrumentation related breakdowns. 
•    Responsible for maintaining spares of BMS hardware system of INA-1 and INA-4.
•    Responsible for following GMP guidelines.
•    Responsible for analysis of breakdown to find out root cause.
•    Responsible for dealing with vendor for resolving problems and new projects.
•    Responsible for coordinating with user for resolving breakdowns. 
•    Responsible for coordinating with preventive maintenance team and providing required resources.
•    Responsible for finding vendors for new software programming of INA-1 & INA-4 instruments.
•    Responsible for handling of jobs related to electrical modification and new requirements. Responsible for maintaining sufficient minimum electrical spare parts inventory of all Packing Lines of INA-1 & INA-4.
•    Responsible for dealing with vendor for resolving breakdowns in case external help is required for maintenance.
•    Responsible for planning and execution of preventive maintenance activity.
•    Responsible for analysis of breakdown to find out root cause.
•    Responsible for coordinating with preventive maintenance team and providing required resources.
•    Responsible for ensuring that area should be ready for audit all the time.
•    Responsible for tracking of RGP for responsible equipment.
•    Responsible for ensuring that the equipment should be ready for operation. 
•    Responsible for ensuring availability of operator in all shifts.
•    Responsible for maintaining sufficient minimum electrical spare parts inventory of all Autoclaves of INA-1 & INA-4.
•    Maintaining sufficient minimum electrical spare parts inventory of Utility i.e. AHU, BMS, Air Compressor, Boiler & Chillers of INA-1 & INA-4.
•    Ensuring to keep power change over system always in healthy condition. 
•    Ensuring the proper working of Biometric Information System always.
•    To keep Transformer & PCC area always ready for any internal/Regulatory audit.
•    Ensuring the working of interlocking system of all pass boxes in INA-1 &  INA-4 
•    Responsible for maintaining sufficient minimum electrical spare parts inventory of water system i.e. Water Pretreatment system, Purified water system, RO, EDI, MCDP,WFI generation & distribution system to minimize the breakdown.
•    Responsible for maintaining sufficient minimum electrical spare parts inventory of all Bottle Pack machines, Mixing & Holding tanks of INA-1 & INA-4.
 

Qualification & Experince:

B. Tech - Electric & Electronics with average of 8 - 12 Years of experience
