Your Opportunity

 

We are looking for a personable and strategic Sales Specialist to join our Aesculap team on 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis, to drive sales of our high-quality surgical instruments and sterilisation products in Queensland South.

 

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, in this key role you will work closely with clinicians, nursing staff and CSSD staff to promote our award winning Aesculap portfolio.  This will include identifying customer needs and opportunities, presenting product information, and using your sales experience to achieve revenue targets. 

In addition, you will work with other Sales Specialists, Clinical Educators and Marketing to ensure successful product training and implementations, with a focus on both growing and maintaining your territory.

                                                                                                                

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Developing B. Braun’s footprint and sales in Queensland South
  • Taking ownership of the territory to drive sales and growth.
  • Developing relationships with key opinion leaders in clinical and purchasing areas, as well as C-Suite executives
  • Achieving revenue targets across the product range
  • Managing key projects
  • Maintaining market and competitor analysis, and providing regular feedback
  • Providing training, presentations, in-services, and education to end users.

 

About You

 

Ideally, your background will include:

 

  • Several years hospital sales experience in an operating theatre & CSSD environment, including understanding of the sales cycle and contracts within the Private and Public Hospital systems.
  • Strong team orientation and work ethic
  • Positive, can-do, attitude
  • Ability to think strategically and challenge customers.
  • Long term, relationship-based sales approach
  • Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills

 

Additional requirement :

 

To be eligible to apply, you must have full working rights in Australia/NZ, a valid Driver’s Licence, the ability to travel within Australia and New Zealand as required, with the occasional requirement to travel overseas and, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
