Your Opportunity

 

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to drive financial integrity, enhance reporting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making.

 

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, in this key role as the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing systems to maximize the accuracy and integrity of financial information. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure financial positions are clearly and accurately presented, supporting business decisions in alignment with strategic goals.

 

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure the integrity of internal controls and accuracy of financial reporting systems.
  • Manage multiple SAP financial and controlling ledgers and a stand-alone MYOB ledger.
  • Oversee end-of-month, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
  • Support the Regional Group Finance Shared Services team with reporting activities.
  • Manage cash flow and payment authorizations.
  • Conduct variance analysis and cost base management to support relevant Directors.
  • Lead budget planning and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements, including capex, deferred tax calculations, and tax compliance matters.
  • Lead all audit and tax compliance activities.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business projects and planning.

 

 

About You

 

Ideally, your background will include:

 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance - Professional Accounting qualifications are preferred 
  • Significant experience working with SAP ERP.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
  • Proven track record in accurate and timely financial reporting within a complex environment.
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation will be highly regarded
  • An engaging, consultative, and collaborative approach to leadership.
  • Strong ability to build key relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A flexible, team-oriented approach
