Summary
Lead the sales team to maintain and develop the Neurosurgery consumable business in the North region of China, by enhancing customer relationship through professional promotion and cooperating with dealers.
Area of Responsibilities
Territory Management
- Formulate regional business plan due to BU strategy and marketing information - Lead the team to execute the plan and achieve the business target
- Collect resources to gain more market share
Account Management
- Formulate and execute account engagement plan in the region - Develop KA engagement plan together with Marketing and AAC team to maintain KA relationship
- Allocate resource to the custmers with maximum output, control the budget of expense
Dealer Management
- Maintain and manage the dealer network of the region - Review dealer performance and seek new dealer resource to get optimized output
- Cooperate with commercial team to manage dealer compliantly
- Conduct product training to dealers
People Management
- Manage the behavier and performance of the sales team
- Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to each team member
- Establish and execute development plan of the team
Requirment
- Bachlor's degree and above
- 10+ years sales experience in Medical device
- 5+ years sales management experience
