Your key responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of engineering projects, including continuous process improvement, ensuring they are completed within the desired timeframe and budget.
- Implement continuous improvement processes in both administrative functions and operational excellence methods.
- Develop plans for new business facilities for product expansion, from conceptual feasibility studies to operational readiness.
- Lead and provide stewardship to project teams, ensuring on-time delivery and identifying proactive measures for potential improvements.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, assigning tasks to team members to ensure effective use of resources and meeting project deadlines.
- Evaluate and authorize significant changes impacting project scope, budget, or timeline, and manage relationships with external contractors to ensure satisfactory service standards.
What you will bring to the team:
- At least 6 years of experience in medical device engineering projects and process development and innovation.
- Extensive experience in tube making processes, cannula making processes, safety clip production, safety clip test methods and specifications.
- Experience in process improvements, automation technologies, knowledge in Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing.
- Project management experience, good communication skills and able collaborate with functional leaders and teams to ensure the project delivery within agreed budgets an timeline.
