As a Senior Manager for Talent Management & Leadership Development looking after the Asia Pacific region at B. Braun you will play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives to enhance leadership capabilities and talent development across the region. Be responsible for driving and leading succession planning for Asia Pacific talents, designing and implementing leadership programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

 

Your key responsibilities:  

 

  • Lead and manage end to end Talent Management for leadership pipelines which include Regional Talent Review Sessions, identification of critical positions, talent identification and development.
  • Lead talent identification and development program including succession planning for Asia Pacific talents. Establish defined talent management metrics for monitoring of overall talent pipeline and progress.
  • Drive regional Talent Management & Development framework, standardized process, tools and success factor across Asia Pacific region. Act as first point of contact for regional HR leads in providing expert advice when required.
  • Roll-out regionalized BBraun cultural program and support HR competency center initiatives for targeted employees in alignment with Core Competency Framework developed by Corporate HR.
  • Active involvement in international Talent Mobility program and employer branding initiatives as well as regional governance in talent sourcing, building talent pool and talent acquisition database.
  • In-house facilitator for program developed in Asia Pacific region and corporate program to be cascaded to targeted employees at regional level.
  • Project manager for regional Employee Engagement Survey, survey deployment, cascade survey result tracking and implementation of regional action plans.
  • Lead and facilitate Leadership Development interventions and ensure alignment between the framework, curriculum and competencies which include Mentoring and Coaching programs.

 

What you will bring to the team: 

 

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience of which at least 5 years as a leadership capacity in leading MNC. 
  • Experience in organization and talent development, HR strategy development and Learning management are highly preferred
  • Proven ability to drive innovation and change, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
