Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct analyses, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits programmes aligned with the organisation's reward strategy.
- Administer the company's compensation and benefit in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation and benefits for their position.
- Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyse compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.
- Collect data about company's Compensation and Benefit policies and analyse them to prepare reports and advise managers for making important decisions.
- Recommend policies that will be beneficial for employee welfare, such as accident and health insurance coverage, retirement and pension plans, income continuance, holidays and vacations.
- Participate in compensation and benefit surveys.
- The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
What you will bring to the team:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a Compensation and Benefit function; or Data Analytics
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, with at least intermediate skills in Excel. Proficiency in other data analytics tools e.g. Power BI is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in conducting market mapping and benchmarking, using related systems/tools e.g. Mercer.
- Able to influence HR and business stakeholders with the use of data
- Proactive and able to take the initiative at work
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree. Additional recognised C&B or analytics-related certification is a plus.
