Your key responsibilities:
- Responsible for corrective, preventive maintenance to facilities equipment, energy optimization, common system improvement.
- Ensure facilities utilities support to production with minimum / no production downtime.
- Develop maintenance program and tracking.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Facilities Engineering discipline, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, OFA, and cleanroom environmental control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in facility and utility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, and ventilation systems, with experience in preventive maintenance and shutdown planning.
- Experienced in cleanroom recertification activities, including HEPA filter replacement, validation, and preparation of recertification reports.
- Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards, with experience managing vendors/contractors and ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and operational reliability in a manufacturing environment.
