Your key responsibilities:
Strategic Project & PMO Leadership – Primary Focus

Apply B. Braun's Project Execution Management (PEM) methodology and governance standards to support disciplined project execution, effective risk management, and portfolio transparency.

Coordinate, Coach and mentor project managers, project teams, and business leaders while driving project management competency development, knowledge sharing, and delivery excellence across the organization.

Provide actionable project and portfolio insights, performance analysis, and management reporting to support timely decision-making and effective issue resolution.

Lead strategic initiatives and transformation programs that support BMI's business objectives, operational excellence, and long-term growth priorities.

Ensure projects deliver agreed outcomes in terms of scope, quality, timeline, cost, benefits realization, and overall business impact.

Define and drive project management qualification, certification, and competency development programs to strengthen organizational project delivery capabilities.

Foster a high-performing project management community through best-practice sharing, cross-project learning, mentoring, and professional development initiatives.

Maintain and continuously improve project management guidance materials, templates, and knowledge resources to support consistent application of PEM practices across the organization.
PMO Network Coordination

Support coordination of the global PMO network across CoE MEDICAL Products manufacturing sites and functions.

Promote consistent project management practices and drive organizational adoption of standards and tools.
PM Tools & Digital Project Management

Support the evolution and deployment of project management tools and systems.

Ensure effective utilization of project and portfolio reporting across the organization.
Strategy Deployment & Operational Target Setting (BMI) – Secondary Focus

Lead the annual Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and Operational Target Setting process across BMI.

Facilitate strategic planning workshops with leadership teams and management.

Translate strategic objectives into measurable KPIs, targets, and improvement initiatives.

Drive the alignment and cascading of strategic priorities across plants, functions, and organizational levels.

Monitor strategy execution and target achievement, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Facilitate performance reviews, strategy dialogues, and management discussions to ensure accountability and informed decision-making.

Support continuous improvement of BMI's Strategy Deployment framework and performance management processes.
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

Serve as a trusted partner to the BMI Management Team and senior leaders across the organization.

Facilitate alignment between strategic priorities, operational execution, and project portfolios.

Collaborate closely with functional leaders, plant management, and regional stakeholders across the APAC region.

Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence through effective stakeholder engagement, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
What you will bring to the team:
-
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in strategic project management, PMO, operational excellence, consulting, business transformation, or related fields.
- Proven experience working with senior leadership and facilitating cross-functional decision-making.
- Strong understanding of strategy deployment methodologies such as Hoshin Kanri, Balanced Scorecard, Management by Objectives (MbO), or similar frameworks.
- Strong project and portfolio management capabilities including governance, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate strategic goals into measurable business outcomes.
- Experience within manufacturing, medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industries is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Operational Excellence, Lean Management, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
