As a Manager – Project Management at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….

 

Your key responsibilities:      

  • Responsible for management, performance and completion of moderate to complex projects in administrative functions, including continuous process improvement projects.
  • Helps to implement the Continuous Improvement process in administrative functions and operational excellence
    methods in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Organize project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules and determines resources needed.
  • Ensures completion of detailed schedules for projects from initiation to delivery and keeps management informed of any
    deviations.
  • Monitors status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
  • May be required to provide Project Management Training from time to time.
  • Provides stewardship to the project teams to ensure success and on-time delivery of continuous improvement projects in
    administration by identifying proactive measures for further potential in all aspects in the assigned projects.
  • This position requires a combination of business acumen, organization savvy, networking capabilities and expertise in
    certain technical areas. 

 

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Formal Project Management training or certification preferred (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, Lean) Training in regulated environments (ISO 13485, MDR/FDA fundamentals) is an advantage.
  • 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within manufacturing or regulated industries. 
  • End‑to‑end project management experience in a manufacturing or regulated industry environment with proven experience managing cross‑functional, multi‑site projects with senior stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on experience with schedule, cost, risk, financial and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in global / matrix organisations with indirect reporting lines.
  • Strong ability to drive execution and resolve issues in complex, fast‑moving operations.
  • Familiarity with PMO tools, portfolio reporting, or governance frameworks.
  • Experience with manufacturing transfers, NPI, or productivity / cost‑improvement programs.
  • Preferably those who has the exposure to medical devices or regulated environments (ISO, MDR, FDA).
