Job Summary: The Manager/Senior Manager - Organizational Development & Talent will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s culture and driving employee performance at B. Braun Medical Industries. This position involves developing strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, fostering talent growth, and ensuring a high level of employee engagement, with a focus on succession planning to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders within the organization.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Organizational Development:
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.

 

  • Talent Management:
  • Design and execute talent management programs, including leadership development, career pathing, and succession planning.
  • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.

 

  • Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
  • Analyze employee feedback and survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.

  • Training and Development:
  • Close coordination and collaboration with Capability Development team in assessing training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to address skill gaps. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR or Organizational Development (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development and talent management.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, talent management, and organizational development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
