As a Manager - IT Business Consulting at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….
Your key responsibilities:
- Professional Leadership and consulting for the business units on the use of IT Solutions and their optimized use to support business processes. Methodological consulting and analysis of technical Requirements and issues.
- Guiding the business departments with regard to End to End optimized business processes in line with appropriate IT Architecture. Leading areas of expertise and topics in national and international environments.
- Guiding and anticipation of topics in the context of Digital Transformation. Preparing these topics for subsequent project activities. Monitoring of Digital Transformation project activities in regards of securing Results, Communication and Transparency in the international Organisation as well as to all relevant Stakeholders of the Organisation.
- Professional preparation of subjects with the presentation to parent bodies. Safeguarding compliance in particular with the "Code of Conduct" and the Organisational Guideline "219/11 of the B. Braun Group" as well as all other effective Organisational guidelines. To carry out Individual Orders on the Instructions of the line and functional leader, which by their very nature belong to his work or arise from the operational necessity.
- Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients and according to client’s requirements. Meet with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation. Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc). Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses, problems and comprehend the causes.
- Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports. Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice. Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes. Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies. Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Candidate must possess relevant, hands‑on experience in the proposal and/or managing digitalization initiatives/projects.
- Candidate must possess relevant, hands‑on experience in methodological consulting and analysis of technical Requirements and issues.
- Candidate must possess prior experience in leading areas of expertise and topics in national and international environments
- Candidate must possess prior experience in monitoring of Digital Transformation project activities in regards of securing Results, Communication and Transparency
in the international Organisation as well as to all relevant Stakeholders of the Organisation. Ability to analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses, problems and comprehend the causes. - Preferably having experience in assisting the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies. Preferably having experience in meeting with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation. Able to work in agile way of working.
