As a Executive / Senior Executive – Logistic at B. Braun you will play a vital role in…

 

 

Your key responsibilities:

 

  • Manage Freight Operations
    • Identify competent freight service providers via tendering platforms.
    • Source ad hoc freight and plan new routes.
    • Monitor KPIs, track and trace shipments, and handle issue follow-up and escalation.
  • Vendor Performance & Continuous Improvement
    • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with service providers’ management.
    • Provide recommendations to improve lead time and reduce costs.
  • SOP Development & Compliance
    • Create and maintain warehouse and freight SOPs aligned with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal specifications.
    • Ensure warehouse operations adhere to SOPs and infrastructure meets agreed specifications.
  • Inventory & Data Accuracy
    • Maintain accurate inventory and asset records synchronized across systems.
    • Ensure logistics data integrity in systems such as SAP.
  • Customer Complaint Management
    • Manage the full cycle of customer complaints from initiation to closure.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Analyze shipment data and complaint trends periodically.
    • Monitor logistics industry news and technology trends to recommend improvements.
    • Compile freight costs and prepare logistics spend reports.
    • Ensure accuracy of logistics billing and prepare annual freight and warehouse cost budgets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Projects
    • Provide consultation on logistics-related matters to cross-functional teams.
    • Lead projects delivering significant cost improvements or compliance enhancements

 

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • Educational & Technical Background
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
    • Experience in freight management, shipping, warehousing, and overall logistics operations.
    • Preferably digitally proficient with exposure to freight forwarding and operational excellence.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with partners, colleagues, and customers.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Project & Leadership Competencies
    • Good project management skills with knowledge of lean concepts and methodologies.
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities with strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Additional Expertise
    • Ability to analyze trends and recommend improvements.
    • Experience in driving compliance and cost optimization initiatives.
