As an Executive - Production at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….
Your key responsibilities:

Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.

Determine manufacturing processes and calculate machine and operator loads.

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time
What you will bring to the team:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Material Science.

Experience in manufacturing and managing people is an added advantage.
-
Preferably those coming from a metal stamping background/production.
-
Product/Process Engineering improvement.
-
Understanding the metal material flow and characteristics.
-
Well-versed in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI).

Problem Solving from theory to practical and implementation.

Understanding production demand and to meet customer requirements.
-
Preferably having knowledge of Stamping/Pressing process for metal part.
-
Preferably having experience in dealing with Counterpart/Customer/Supplier.
