Your key responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain manufacturing procedures, instructions and support documents and ensure conformance to the actual state of science and knowledge.

Ensured proper storage of starting and packaging materials in compliance with defined standards and ensured line clearance in production.
-
Ensure that manufacturing, packaging and storage of intermediate bulk and finished products comply with defined standards (GMP,FDA,ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and etc.)
-
To check and initiate corrective actions to maintain the quality standard in Pharma production and to validate and audit critical production processes jointly with the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Departments.

To ensure that all Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA’s) are executed in the given time frame and that the implemented Change Control System is observed.

Receive, issue, and account for the use of starting materials that are scheduled poisons.
-
Identification, control, and destruction of products that do not conform to quality standards.
-
Check, verify, and approve Batch Manufacturing Records for the release and conformance for Production processes only.

Monitored and controlled the manufacturing environment and hygiene with the Head of Quality Control.
-
Ensure the training needs of production personnel on GMP and production processes are continually met.
-
To ensure that all equipment are properly maintained, qualified, validated, calibrated, etc, and monitor the Preventive Maintenance Programs for all equipment.

Identify proactively further potential and drive a continuous improvement process in all aspects in Pharma Plant with Lean Project Management team.

Assist in performing Quality Audits on suppliers of starting and packaging materials.
-
Audit and approve any contract manufacturers with the Head of Quality Control.

Lead production personnel in a way that results in continuous improvement and high employee satisfaction.
What you will bring to the team:
-
Possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
-
Must be a Fully Registered Pharmacist with Lembaga Farmasi Malaysia (LFM).
-
Eligible to apply for Poison License A.
-
Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage but not obligatory.
-
Managing poison logbook recording, dispensing, and storage of poison according to Poison Act and Regulation.
-
Able to handle and write detailed reports for process deviations and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
-
Able to create and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production and effectively review Batch Manufacturing Records.
-
Effective learning processes and products for manufacturing.
