As a Executive 1 - Quality Management at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….

 

Your key reqponsibilities:

  • Where applicable, follow established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or process required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organization's standards of quality and cost. Where applicable, analyze product specifications, part drawings and other engineering data to develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operations sequence that will minimize risks and improve the quality and consistency of final products.
  • Where applicable, involve in continuous improvement/kaizen/lean projects and meetings and coordinate quality improvement activities within area of responsibility Where applicable, coordinate Verification Matrix establishment activities with respective CoE. Where applicable, collect, analyze and summarize data to identify cause analysis to provide in-depth descriptions of manufacturing anomalies. Where applicable, initiate NCIR/CAPA/CAPA request for holdbacks and customer complaints based on CAPA SOP and CAPA Initiation Criteria. 
  • Where applicable, coordinate QS-Stat training for site upon request and review/update SOP related to QS-Stat. Where applicable, coordinate evaluation of harmonizing amongst inline tests, IPQC and FC to ensure an effective and cost optimized quality control inspections.
  • Where applicable, coordinate activities related to measurement system analysis (MSA) of test, inspection and measuring equipment within area of responsibility. - Where applicable, train and coordinate activities related to test method verification/validation.
  • Where applicable, involve in respective plant projects relevant to area of responsibility such as SPC implementation. Where applicable, communicate problems clearly to staff and team members of different technological backgrounds. 
  • Ensures that company is in compliance with ISO standards and organizes the certification process. - Coordinates and directs ISO project implementation teams. - Trains key managers and employees on ISO principles and requirements.  Designs continuous improvement and audit processes to ensure continued compliance with ISO and better business procedures. 

 

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor Degree in quality management, industrial engineering, or a related field. 
  • Good Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good experience in monitoring and analyzing product performance data to identify potential issues and areas of risk. Quality Management System (QMS) requirements ISO13485 & FDA.
