- Analyse product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes,
estimate time requirements for each step, and prepares operation sheets.
- Analyse existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation
sequences that will minimise risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and
consistency of final products.
- Actively participate in maintenance routines to ensure that maintenance activities are scheduled and executed in time
with high quality.
- Adapt maintenance tools and procedures to improve equipment utilization and reliability, and minimize service quality
incidents.
- Identifies and captures opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability.
- Assists with development and coaching of junior maintenance staff..
- Manage and support PCS system for B1A (computerized system operate the whole mixing operation to Bottelpack 364
machine
- Manage and support Scada system for B1B (computerize system operate the whole mixing operation)
