Engineer - Equipment (Sensor, Vision system)

  • Conduct troubleshooting of equipment failure on production lines.
  • Suggest changes in working methods or operation sequences in order to improve efficiency. - Document standard operating procedures, training and certification specifications as well as causes of equipment failure.
  • The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Technology or any science field.
  • Experienced in hands-on troubleshooting and repairing machines.
  • Possess good machine knowledge about sensor, pneumatic, motor, vision system and electrical system.
  • Process knowledge about SOP, FMEA, SPC, and writing quality issues reports.
  • Able to manage a team of technicians and conduct effective meetings.
  • Preferably those with PLC programming.
  • Preferably those with experience of Electronic board repairing and leading a task force and project.
