Your key responsibilities:
- Plan, Develop & Customize MES : Plan, support, customize, and further develop the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), including managing installations on container infrastructure and ensuring alignment with the template team, BMI team and supplier (Critical Manufacturing).
- Requirement Engineering & Supplier Coordination: Define, document and track requirements with the supplier, translate user needs into features/user stories/tasks in DevOps, and ensure adherence to source‑code management processes.
- Process Design, Configuration & Master Data Management : Streamline, configure, and customize MES processes, including creating suitable master data and preparing new process concepts for user-level presentation and explanation.
- Technical Implementation & Testing Management: Lead commissioning and technical implementation of MES solutions; manage acceptance test creation, execution, and approval; monitor technical implementations and support during ramp‑up.
- Support & Collaboration : Collaborate closely with template and local teams, act as 2nd‑level support for template functions, and ensure effective engagement with MES partners and stakeholders.
- For a more senior position level, manage all aspects of a large scale, complex, or significant engineering project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.
What you will bring to the team :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in MES system development and support across multi‑tier architecture (UI, middleware, services, and database layers), with strong hands‑on skills in C#, Angular, MS SQL database development, and low‑code development platforms.
- Proven experience integrating ERP or other enterprise systems using REST APIs, along with strong reporting development skills using SSRS or similar tools. Solid expertise in SQL scripting is required; experience with ClickHouse and Stimulsoft reporting is an added advantage.
- Hands‑on experience managing the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Azure DevOps, including work item tracking, Git repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
