As a Asst Manager - Process Development at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….
- Follow established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organisation's standards of quality and cost.
- For more senior positions, might be involved to develop innovative solutions and new approaches to engineering problems to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organisation's standards of quality and cost.

- Analyse product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes, estimate time requirements for each step, and prepares operation sheets.
- Analyse existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimise risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products.
What you will bring to the team:
- Engineering Degree in Production/Manufacturing/Equipment/Process engineering. Prefer 1-2 years of working experience or fresh graduates.
- Good knowledge in analysis of manufacturing data eg. collect processing data and plotting graphs (historical data). Knowledge in basic failure analysis & problem solving skills. Knowledge in Six Sigma DMAIC. Knowledge in developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality. -,quality/yield improvement, SOP drafting for Quality improvement Experience in machine measurement system. (Vision-camera/sensor), function test-Leaking/blockage)
- Experience in failure analysis & problem solving. Experience in Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
- Preferably having experience in the Medical or Healthcare industry. Strong in Project Management and Statistical Analysis Skill. Prefeably having experience in NCR (non-conformance report) and customer complaint handling. Prefeably having experience in process implementation and conducting SOP (standard operating procedures) training.
