Your key responsibilities:
- Prepare, plan, and execute clinical and scientific projects in accordance with international industry standards, ensuring clarity on scope, milestones, budgets, and timelines for efficient and high-quality delivery.
- Serve as B. Braun’s primary contact for assigned clinical sites, conduct on-site visits per the monitoring plan, and ensure protocol adherence, issue resolution, and overall study integrity.
- Participate in investigator meetings and other internal or external discussions as needed, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.
- Evaluate site performance and compliance, manage study documentation per company policy, and support audits or regulatory inspections when required.
- Identify and address data quality issues, support protocol writing, and contribute to data analysis, biostatistics, and publication of clinical studies.
- Maintain compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations, promote a positive and results-driven work environment, and support clinical and scientific projects across Asia Pacific as part of the regional team.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a Science-related field (e.g., Medical Science, Biomedical Science). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 2 years' experience in Planning, executing and closing clinical trials and experiences in project management.
- Good verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Will be an advantage if certified in good clinical practice, familiar with international guidelines in clinical studies.
