In this role you will lead B. Braun's Technical Services area, ensuring technical excellence, proximity to customers and profitability of the service unit, through the development and delivery of high added value technical support solutions. You will be responsible for structuring, together with the Marketing & Sales teams, the commercial policy & commercial business models and the service portfolio (Service Offering & Delivery), promoting innovation, clinical safety and sustainability.
To perform well in this role, it will be valued:
- Higher education in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Electronic, Production) or related areas
- Experience in technical services or clinical engineering in the health sector
- Experience with maintenance contracts and P&L management
- Familiarity with hospital regulations and technical maintenance
- Previous experience in a multinational environment
- Proficiency in the following Office tools: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory)
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
- German skills are a plus
