As a Supply Chain Executive at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in drive supply chain excellence by managing forecasts, inventory, and logistics to ensure seamless product availability and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities:

Ensure product master data is accurate and up to date in the system.

Collaborate with sales and marketing to analyze inventory levels and update monthly forecasts.

Monitor and cleanse aged purchase and sales orders; coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to expedite shipments.

Work with 4PL and internal teams to reconcile cross-dock orders and ensure timely delivery.

Manage backorders and communicate supply issues to commercial teams to minimize customer impact.

Identify discrepancies with 4PL inventory and resolve root causes to maintain data integrity.

Handle import/export documentation, including customs and FDA requirements, ensuring timely workflow completion.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports as assigned, supporting operational transparency and planning
What you will bring to the team:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, supply chain, or related fields

Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics/supply chain, especially import/export management

Intermediate English proficiency (reading/writing); strong coordination and supplier management skills

Experience with 3rd party logistics and SAP systems
