As a Sales Representative at B. Braun you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunites, cultivating relationships with prospective client and closing sales
Your key responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Responsible for meeting sales targets in assigned areas, evaluating customer potential, and managing investment opportunities (CME and Sponsorship).
- Sales Planning: Develop and manage account plans, identify underdeveloped business areas, forecast sales, and create efficient travel plans to maximize sales efforts.
- Implementation: Communicate with customers, manage contracts, execute marketing strategies, participate in tenders, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Review: Submit regular trip reports, work with sales supervisor to refine strategies, and provide feedback on market demands and product performance.
- Competitor Analysis: Track competitor movements, report key information, and share insights with the team during monthly sales meetings.
- Training & Meetings: Regularly meet with supervisors to update on activities and sales performance; participate in training sessions and company meetings.
- Marketing Support: Assist with event promotions, trade shows, and key marketing efforts; ensure proper communication of event-related inquiries.
- Customer Service & Teamwork: Build trust with customers, ensure excellent service and timely deliveries, manage complaints, and collaborate effectively within the team.
What you will bring to the team:
- Expirienced in medical sales and medical device field
- Expirienced listing and process listing medical products
- Strong product knowledge, Presentation and Selling skills.
- Good team player,enjoy working in small team, independent & willing to growth.
