As a Sales & Marketing Support at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in provides essential support to the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. This role involves maintaining records, preparing sales reports, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies.

 

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, document preparation, and database management.

  • Assist in preparing tender documents, regulatory paperwork, and uploading contracts into CLM.

  • Record and maintain e‑bidding announcement data and ensure compliance with submission requirements.

  • Coordinate sales activities such as preparing presentations, proposals, and tracking performance reports.

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery and manage stock levels for sales materials.

  • Handle customer requests and orders, including complaints, updates, and coordination with distributors.

  • Manage order processing in SAP, daily sales reporting, invoice follow‑up, and billing issue resolution.

  • Support customer relationship management by assisting with onboarding, addressing concerns, and maintaining client portfolios.

  • Monitor inventory, process PR requests, track shipments, and conduct weekly visits to Bangna (travel expenses reimbursable).

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth operations and provide accurate, timely support to sales representatives and managers.

 

What you will bring to the team: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in any field 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field (experience in healthcare industry will be advantage)

  • Good command in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and SAP.

  • Able to communicate in basic English (reading / writing)
  • Able to visit ฺinventory site weekly and assist business activities during weekends when required.
