As a Product Application and IT Support Specialist at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in leading installation and integration projects of connected from an IT perspective. You will provide expert knowledge to support pre-sales activities during tenders and demonstrations and deliver ongoing service to customers through IT support throughout the lifecycle of installed IT products
Your key responsibilities:

Lead installation and integration projects for connected medical devices from an IT perspective.

Provide IT expertise during pre-sales activities, tenders, and product demonstrations.
-
Deliver ongoing IT support throughout the lifecycle of installed products for customers.
-
Identify and implement customer integration and connectivity requirements.
-
Serve as an expert on B. Braun IT solutions, networking, security, HL7, and server configurations.

Build and maintain strong communication and relationships with internal teams, customers, and key IT stakeholders in hospitals.

Collaborate with local/global teams, third-party providers, and marketing to support strategy, real-world evidence, and reference site development.

Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and participate in relevant conferences and meetings.
What you will bring to the team:
-
Bachelor's degree in any field related to Science, Computer Science ot Biomedical Engineering

Knowledge of IT connectivity solutions (HL7, XML) & standards.
-
Experience within IT server and/or networking support with Windows & Linux.
-
Ability to troubleshoot IT network & system issues across the country
-
Experience in the training field.
