As a Marketing Manager at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in strategy development and implementation for a specific group of products. You must develop and recommend specific marketing objectives and forecasts for Orthopedic and Spine Surgery products sold, and manage the execution of authorized marketing plans to achieve or exceed planned sales volume and profit margins.
Your key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain updated marketing plans for assigned product groups, aligned with divisional strategic goals.

Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, integrity, and continuous performance improvement.

Lead personnel management activities including recruitment, training, coaching, performance appraisal, and career development of marketing staff.

Direct and support Product Managers and executives in achieving sales, profit, and market objectives.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, evaluate new product feasibility, and recommend implementation strategies.

Establish and execute business strategies to achieve short‑ and long‑term goals, including P&L responsibility, market share growth, and budget management.

Ensure compliance of all marketing activities and promotional materials with legal, ethical, and SOP requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, KOLs, customers, industry associations, and government representatives.

Coordinate cross‑functionally with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to achieve product objectives and ensure supply continuity.

Provide regular reporting on market activities, travel plans, and data analysis, with recommendations to improve product performance and profitability.
What you will bring to the team:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Medical Science.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the marketing field and orthopedics or spine surgery products.

Good communication in English.

Knowledge of healthcare organizations and funding sources.
