As a Marketing Manager at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in developing, directing, and controlling business strategies and proactive activities with a strategic framework to achieve revenue and profit targets for the responsible product group. You must understand and analyze the market environment and business opportunities to execute business on portfolio strategic management, including preparing annual Marketing Plans and ensuring smooth operations.

 

Your key responsibilities: 
 

  • Develop and maintain a marketing plan aligned with strategic goals, fostering teamwork, ethics, and high performance within the department.
  • Hire, train, coach, and manage staff, ensuring continuous performance evaluation and professional development to meet sales and profit objectives.
  • Research market trends, analyze data, and assess feasibility for new products to capitalize on market opportunities and support business growth.
  • Establish business strategies, manage P&L, ensure compliance with legal standards, and maintain profitability while aligning with divisional goals.
  • Provide regular product training, develop promotional materials, and ensure sales teams and customers are updated with the latest product information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct field visits, monitor inventory, collaborate with supply chain management, and report customer feedback to improve product performance and availability.
  • Deliver monthly activity reports, analyze market data for actionable insights, and stay updated on industry developments through active participation in medical societies and training sessions.

 

What you will bring to the team: 

 

  • Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience in a pharmaceutical/medical device company with experience in people management.

  • Understanding of the healthcare business and knowledge of healthcare organizations and funding sources.

  • Knowledge of business planning, budgeting, and cost estimation.

  • Ability to communicate in English at an intermediate level.
