As a HR Executive at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in supporting employee lifecycle activities, coordinating payroll administration with the external payroll vendor, and driving initiatives related to employee engagement, learning and development, and talent development. This role plays a key part in creating a positive employee experience, maintaining accurate HR and payroll information, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting organizational people initiatives.
Your key responsibilities:

Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation to ensure smooth HR operations.

Prepare, validate, and reconcile payroll data with external vendors for accurate and timely processing.

Maintain personnel records, administer benefits, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Plan and execute engagement activities, recognition programs, and well‑being initiatives.

Support initiatives that strengthen company culture and enhance employee experience.

Coordinate training programs, maintain records, and support annual learning plans.

Assist with performance management, IDPs, and talent discussions.

Recommend enhancements to HR processes, engagement activities, and development initiatives.
What you will bring to the team:

Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, or General HR functions
- Strong coordination, communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English, written and spoken.
