As a Clinical Nurse Educator at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in strategy development and its implementation for a specific group of products which is Advance Wound Care and Ostomy Care Product. You must develop and recommend specific marketing objectives, product presentation, demonstration, and education for responsible products, and manage the execution of customer visits, demonstrations, and education plans to achieve or exceed planned sales volume and profit margin.
Your key responsibilities:

Deliver clinical education and support directly to healthcare professionals in assigned regions.

Engage with key customers, nursing societies, and advocacy groups to foster long-term partnerships.

Provide training sessions tailored to address clinical knowledge gaps identified by sales and marketing teams.

Advise on proper use of B. Braun products and best-practice nursing techniques in wound, ostomy, and continence care.

Co-develop educational tools like slide decks and training aids to meet customer needs.

Contribute clinical perspectives to marketing strategies and long-term planning initiatives.

Use tools like Salesforce and Power BI to analyze market trends, report activities, and recommend product improvements.

Attend internal trainings, conferences, and seminars to stay updated on clinical practices and industry developments.
What you will bring to the team:
-
Bachelor's degree in nursing or advanced practice nurse
-
At least 2 years of work experience as nurse (ET nurse will be advantage)
-
Experience in providing training and education to improve clinical knowledge and guide proper product usage and nursing techniques.

Intermediate level in English and good presentation skill
- Able to travel nationwide and have own car including car driving license
